Ramadan Reset:
A Pre-Ramadan Course for Teenage Girls

Number of Sessions: 05

Course Description

“We relate to you the best of stories…” (Qur’an 12:3)

Surah Yūsuf is a timeless narrative of love, loss, betrayal, patience, resilience, and divine victory. More than just a story, it is a blueprint for navigating life’s deepest trials with dignity, faith, and emotional intelligence.

In this transformative course, students will journey verse-by-verse through Surah Yūsuf. Each session blends rigorous scholarship with practical lessons on personal growth, relationships, emotional healing, family dynamics, leadership, and tawakkul.

By the end of the course, students will see how Allah weaves wisdom into every hardship—and how the story of Yūsuf (عليه السلام) teaches us to shine through betrayal, rise after injustice, and trust Allah’s plan even when life makes no sense.

Perfect for seekers of spirituality, students of Qur’an, parents, youth, and anyone navigating life’s ups and downs.

Preparing our Hearts for Ramadan:
A Pre-Ramadan Course for Teenage Girls

This special Pre-Ramadan course for teenage girls is designed to help students prepare emotionally, spiritually, and practically for the most blessed month of the year.

Beginning with the sacred months of Rajab and Shaʿbān, students will learn how the Prophet ﷺ and the righteous prepared for Ramadan long before it arrived—through intention, reflection, and small but consistent acts of worship. The course will then guide students on how to welcome Ramadan with excitement and purpose, rather than stress or confusion.

A dedicated session on Laylatul Qadr will help students understand its immense value, how to seek it sincerely, and how even young hearts can connect deeply with Allah on the most powerful nights of the year.

To ensure confidence and clarity, the course also includes essential fiqh taught in a simple, age-appropriate manner:

  • the Fiqh of Fasting, so students know what is required, what breaks the fast, and how to navigate common questions;

  • and the Fiqh of Zakat, helping students understand generosity, responsibility, and care for others through an Islamic lens.

Throughout the course, students will be encouraged to reflect, ask questions, and develop a personal connection with Ramadan—so it becomes a month they look forward to with joy, intention, and love for Allah ﷻ.
